The CSIO Barcelona continues to strengthen its link with the city through a new edition of its obstacle design competition, a consolidated initiative that this 2026 will count with the participation of EINA, University Center of Design and Art of Barcelona.
Under the name “A Jump for the City”, the project invites participants to reinterpret Barcelona through the design of an obstacle that will be part of the CSIO Barcelona courses for the twelfth time, becoming integrated into the international sporting stage that hosts the Longines League of Nations™ Final.
The initiative thus maintains its essence: bringing the city’s cultural and creative identity into the heart of the Olympic arena, creating a direct link between sport, design and international projection. Throughout its different editions, the competition has produced obstacles inspired by some of Barcelona’s most iconic elements, consolidating its position as one of the event’s most distinctive initiatives.
With the inclusion of EINA in this edition, CSIO Barcelona continues to support emerging talent and collaboration with leading institutions in the field of design, reinforcing its commitment to the city and to contemporary creation.
