French rider Marie Agathe Reznikoff, with Cesario de Kreisker, clinched victory in the CaixaBank Trophy, a two-round class without jump-off and the second competition of the day at CSIO Barcelona Reznikoff clocked 45.93 seconds, the fastest of the only two riders to deliver double clears. Spain’s Leticia Riva Gil, riding Stella de Betze Z, also jumped fault-free in 46.35 seconds to take runner-up spot Anna Villagrasa García, aboard Maxime, recorded the fastest overall time of the class (44.11 seconds), but four faults left her in third place.
The third day of CSIO Barcelona opened with a very special class: the Diputación Cup – Calvet Pony Trophy, now in its second edition. This Table A against the clock also served as the final of the Catalan Pony League.
The ten best combinations of the league competed, with victory going to the pair of Chloe Gual (Avant L’Heure) and Manuela del Solar (Top Eho D’Indica). They were followed by Daniela Bernabeu (Lluvia) and Adriana Agón (Blanquita). Felix Puigbó (Vanda des Landelles) and Daniela Mato (Top Velane Floraly) completed the podium.
